Mohammed Al-Khalifa is a Bahraini/British bilingual HR and recruitment professional with more than 17 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Before founding Stanhope Search in 2017, Mohammed served as the Head of Human Resources at Casewise, a VC-backed software company. In this role, he was instrumental in setting up the global HR function, growing the company’s headcount from 70 to 150, and driving profitability through creating and executing innovative and effective talent management strategies. Mohammed’s efforts were pivotal in facilitating the successful sale of Casewise to Erwin in 2017.
Previously, Mohammed progressed from HR Trainee to HR Business Partner at Ahli United Bank in London, where he played a key role in transforming the recruitment process for the Private Banking team and reducing recruitment costs by insourcing much of the bank’s talent acquisition.
Mohammed started his career as a banker on Merrill Lynch’s prestigious Analyst Program.
